🪽 speed is the new competitive advantage - some tools and tips
bit messy, but scan and pick!
i recently shared a post on linkedin that resonated with a few people. it begins with this eric schmidt stating how impressed he is at how fast devs are prototyping during hackathons. i’m no dev… but i wanted to put his quote to the test.
so i made a small montage of different tools and automations i’ve been playing with.
first off, here’s the video
i’ll write out how these can all be plugged together later. for now i promised the list of tools to whoever interacted with the post (annoying comment farming i know, but it helps with reach)
ok so let’s go…
the tools used in the video
→ prototyping: bolt.new (alternatively, try out windsurf, lovable or replit)
→ landing page/website creation: relume (need design templates, go here: galileo) (alternatively framer, prettier but less integrations)
→ customer onboarding: guidde (genius)
→ quick video testimonials or ads (some big brands are using this): creatify
→ customer interviews: this customgpt is great (alternatively, pay for m1-project or syntheticusers)
some others i didn’t get a chance to include in the video
(all tried, tested and vetted in my community)
→ need to link everything together into a workflow but have no patience? n8n, relevance ai or make
→ prototype a new user onboarding flow in seconds: uizard
→ don’t want to use other people’s avatars? build your voice clone with elevenlabs (takes 4 mins) and then your video avatar with heygen (or argil). still a bit uncanney valley, but just be open/honest about the fact that it’s your avatar, and give this a year to look 100% real
→ don’t want to use an ai avatar, just cut up your youtube videos into short format content in seconds with opus
→ create visuals rapidly from text: napkin (genius but we need a few more styles)
→ compare llm outputs: quality, price, speed with artificialanalysis, depending on use case with prollm or battle them side by side with lmarena
→ create a sales presentation: gamma
→ this one is just fun… prompt images and see the changes as you go blinkshot
ok that’s it…
a million tools i know. most important is what you’re applying this to, or else it’s just a hammer looking for a nail
here’s a handy prioritisation framework (it’s simple, it’s just ease and impact)

hope this was useful!
