⬛️ we've built an autonomous venture studio - humanoidz
will be sharing progress along the way...
i’d like to introduce you to a project that’s been running in the background for a while and that we’re now sharing publicly.

we've built a semi-autonomous venture studio ("semi" for now...)
a full system that ideates, validates, markets, supports... and learns from itself.
the idea behind an autonomous venture studio is that ai swarms build companies end-to-end, and humans step in only for taste. ventures launched in weeks, not quarters.
long story short, welcome to the agentic builder era.

what started out as a vision...then turned into a mix of agents and use cases scattered all over the place, is now an actual stack of agents that go from ideation to validation to launch to support...not just agents in isolation.
a self-imprving engine for launching startups with human input only where it matters.
the idea isn’t to remove humans. it’s to treat them like editors-in-chief.
this is one of the earliest flow designs from the beginning of the year.

it’s evolved since then into something more advanced. we’re way past the prototype now and there’s a lot more to share soon.
before the end of the year we’ll be sharing our lists of ventures, traction and key lessons learned. some are already deep in traction and revenue. more to share on that front.
but back to how this works…long story short, every function has a swarm of agents.
→ ideation
→ validation
→ product
→ marketing
→ seo/geo
→ community
→ support
→ legal
→ cybersecurity
→ analytics
→ growth
→ research
→ ops
we’re feeding it two streams of ideas:
→ internal opportunities generated by our own engine
→ external secrets from insiders and operators/partners most people never hear about. boring businesses, niche use cases.
for you! if you have an insider secret, something you think is worth building and wanna partner up… we accept external partnership (we’re also partnering with family offices or holding companies as i type this)

send an email to [email protected]

after that? what works gets copied. what doesn’t gets cut.
the whole system improves with every cycle.
again…the idea isn’t to remove humans. it’s to treat them like editors-in-chief.
oversight only = this notion of taste (not task). the only thing that matters today is agentic architecture + prompting + taste (eval). autonomous doesn’t mean no humans. it means only where humans actually matter.
this space is wild. scary and thrilling at the same time. feels like cheating, but it's not. it's just where we are now.
progress is compounding fast. i'll share more very soon along with my partner walid boulanouar.
what a wild time to be building.
